The cover of the pad is printed on textured board and the Wrendale logo printed at the top. The front of this shopping pad is decorated with an illustration of a group of dogs sat in front of an Aga including a spaniel, a dachshund and a golden doodle. There are also a pair of cats in the scene, one asleep in its bed, and the other is climbing along the top of the shelf above the cooker. The design is set against a pale green background and surrounding the illustration are speckles of black paint, in a way that is synonymous with the Wrendale brand.

At the bottom of each page is an illustration of a cat curled up in a wicker basket, surrounded by the sporadic specks of black paint that Wrendale are known for. Each sheet conveniently tears off so you’re always ready for your next shopping trip.

This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her.
